To change your business listing, click on “My Profile” in the blue right hand sidebar. From there, you will see a form with your information. Change any relevant information and then click “Save” to update your business listing. If you would like to change images, click “Manage Photos” tab at the top of the page and upload or remove photos as needed, and then click “Save”. Please note that if you do not click “Save” on the form you are editing, your changes will not be recorded.
If you are the primary account holder visit My Profile to change your primary contact name, e-mail address and phone number. To change the business information, scroll down to the “Business Information” section where you change the Address, Phone, Fax and Website for your business.
Affiliate members can additional representatives in the “Additional Company Representatives” section. Each of these representatives will be listed under the “Contact” tab on your business page with their Headshot, Name, Email and Phone. If you would like to add additional representatives, click the “+” icon. Once representatives have been added, you can click on the “Manage Photos” link at the top of the page to add optional Headshots for each one. These users will not have access to edit this information.

Only the primary contact for each business can edit their business page on the SAR website. If you wish to change the information on the business page, please contact the primary account holder. For additional questions, please contact the SAR Office at (518) 798-3425.
The included contact form on your business page sends to the primary account holder’s email address. To verify this email address, visit My Profile, scroll down to “Primary Contact” and view the “Email” field.
If you are an affiliate user with the ability to have a photo gallery, click on “My Profile” in the blue sidebar on the right hand side of the page here in the member portal. Click “Manage Photos” tab at the top of the page. From there you can add multiple business photos. Click “Save” after you have added photos and they will be added to your business listing page.
Visit the “My Profile” page and then click the “Manage Photos” tab. If you are a realtor user, upload the photo you wish to appear next to your business in search and in listings in the “Headshot/Personal Image” field. If you are an affiliate member, you will need to change the “Business Logo” field. Be sure to click save when you have updated your photos or your changes will not be recorded.

If you are a realtor member or an affiliate member who is the primary contact for your business, you can update your password or e-mail address by going to “My Profile” and changing it in the field presented on that page. If you are a affiliate representative member, you can change your information by visiting your “My Profile” page. Please note that if you are an affiliate representative member and want to change the email address that appears on your business page, you will need to contact the primary contact for your business.
All members can also reset their password by visiting the front page of the member portal while not logged in and clicking the “Lost Password” link underneath the login box. You will then receive an email with further instructions on resetting your password.
